Inside sales is an entry level position with an opportunity to grow as far as you can imagine. In this role you will work directly with our Field Sales Representatives and Customers, always providing an excellent customer service. Job Description:
Strong customer experience
- Stay close to our customers to enable their success
- Expand strategic partnership footprint
- Quarterly travel to tradeshows and customer grow sites
Customer Lifecycle
- Provide fast and accurate quotes
- Order fulfillment process
- Ensure payment terms are agreed and completed
Product development and quality control
- Capture various sources of feedback for idea creation
- Organize internal teams to execute
- Develop pricing strategy to maximize value
Qualifications:
- A passion for making customers more successful
- Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical and an eye for detail
- Team player, motivated and wants to learn about agronomy
- Bachelor degree in International Business Management or related.
- Fluent English and Spanish speaker and writer
- Able to travel throughout Mexico and possibly internationally
Better if you have:
- International sales experience
- Experience with NetSuite / CRM
- 1-5 years sales related experience
- Experience establishing warehousing and partnership agreements
Working hours: 9:00‐18:00, Monday to Friday
Location: Zapopan, Guadalajara Office
Report to: Inside Sales Manager
Salary: Base pay + sales commission
